things to remember when making an animated banner

Comment and Explain in your own words the key steps to performing these tasks:

motion tween

frame by frame animation

animating two or more objects on the stage

animated objects must be converted to what?

What should you do if you want a copy of a symbol but want to change it to make it different?

Describe some of the motion tweens you have created our in recent tutorial and case studies.

motion tween - make 2 keyframes and change the object so that it's different in each. right-click between the keyframes and select "create motion tween"

frame by frame animation - insert a keyframe every frame or every other frame. change the object slightly between each keyframe. no need to add motion tween

animating two or more objects on the stage - make a different layer for each object and follow instructions above

animated objects must be converted to what? - movie clip

What should you do if you want a copy of a symbol but want to change it to make it different? - copy the symbol and make a new symbol with a deiiferent name

Place graphic objects at their start points.
Create frames until to determine how long the tween will last and it's speed.
At the end frame you want the moving object to stop or change direction, move the object to it's end position and make that specific frame a key frame. Right click on one of the frames in the timeline between the keyframe and starting frame and click motion tween.

Place object on stage and insert a frame, move the object slightly, insert frame, move object, repeat as many times as needed.

Add layers assigned to each individual object.

Objects must be converted to symbols.

make a duplicate of the symbol and edit the duplicate.

motion tween- right click and click on motion tween once you have put in frames and keyframes to move the object smoothly between the keyframes.

frame by frame animation- working with the object that you want to animate on every single frame that you have put on the timeline.

to animate 2 or more objects you have to put them all on different layers and make them symbols.

animated objects must be converted to symbols.

duplicate the symbol and convert to have its own name making it a new symbol then you can edit it to however you want it.

one motion tween that we have done was with the fish; we had it swim one way and added keyframes with motion tweens between each keyframe and then flipped it horizontal and made new keyframes with motion tweens between them to makeit swim the other way.

To make anything an animation you need to convert them to a symbol. If you want a copy of the symbol yuo first need to go to edit and copy the symbol and then edit paste in place. Then from there you can move thens around with modify. One motion tween i have made was with balloons so they start in one place and then end up in another if it is done correctly.

motion tween
while in frames, make 2 key frames, not too close together, and on one key frame, place the object in one spot and in the other keyframe, move it somewhere else. Make sure your move the whole object, not just the fill or stroke, unless you wanted too.

frame by frame animation
this is animation by slightly modifying one frame to the next.

animating two or more objects on the stage.
for different animations, it is best to use different layers. For example, if you wanted to animate Text and an object, they should be on seperate layers.

animated objects must be converted to what?
Right click the object you want and Convert to a Symbol. All objects on the Stage should be Symbols.

What should you do if you want a copy of a symbol but want to change it to make it different?
Right click the symbol in the Library and Duplicate the symbol

Describe some of the motion tweens you have created our in recent tutorial and case studies.

Some of the motion tweens i have done was on Sandy's Party Center. i Animated the confetti from the top of the stage to the bottom while the text also decends from the top.
